Free Restoration Price Quotes & Ordering
Step 1 - Send (Photo File)

  • This involves you obtaining a high quality scan of your
    photograph, whether through your own equipment or that
    of a digital scanning service, such as Kinkos, Staples, or a
    private scanning service in your area. ** (See Note Below)


  • You'll have to make sure the file size is within your email
    program's MB limit.  If you can't obtain a file small enough
    to email, please send them on a CD or DVD (see below).
  • Ship files on a CD or DVD
  • Follow the above directions for scanning, but save the
  • file(s) on a CD or DVD and ship to my mailing address:

Step 2 -Tell Me What You Want to Have Done

  • In order to do a quality job, I want to have the same
    vision that you have for your photo.  Please fill out
    the Restoration Request Online Form to help me
    understand what you want the end product to be.  
    Please indicate the same email address from which you
    send your photo file.

Step 3 - Free Quote

  • I will evaluate your photo file and then confirm with you,
    via your choice of phone or email, the work needing to be
    done and the price for the service.  (Review Pricing)  Please
    allow 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays) for
    the evaluation.  
  • If you decide you don't want to pursue the restoration, there
    is no charge.  If you do want to continue, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4 - Payment

  • I take payment via PayPal which allows you to pay with
    either your PayPal account or a major credit card.  Payment
    instructions will be included with your confirmation.  
    Payment buttons are at the bottom of this page and on the
    Payments Page. When payment has been received, work will
    begin on your restoration.

Step 5 - Review & Receive Your File and Print

  • I will send you a file to review when the work is finished.
  • If you disapprove, I will work with you to make the changes
    you desire.
  • When you approve the image, your restored photo file will
    be emailed back to you (or shipped on a CD, if you prefer)
    when it is completed, and your print will be shipped to you.

**PLEASE NOTE: A quality scan is essential to the photo restoration
process.  If I find that your scan is of a lower quality than what I require
to do a quality job, I will need to obtain either your original to scan on
my professional equipment, or a higher quality scan from a service near
you.

I am acutely aware of the flip-of-the-stomach feeling when faced
with sending a photo out for restoration. I have photos I would
be loathe to part with. In light of that, please know that I will
treat your original photos as if they were my own. (See Policies)

    continue, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4 - Payment

  • I take payment via PayPal which allows you to pay with
    either your PayPal account or a major credit card.  
    Payment instructions will be included with your
    confirmation.  Payment buttons are at the bottom of this
    page and on the Payments Page.  When payment has been
    received, work will begin on your restoration.

    will be shipped to you, along with your untouched
    original photo and a CD containing both images.
